Hi! I'm Hope!

I am so excited to share with you this Reynolda Gardens maternity session today! If you’re new to the blog, I was blessed to be able to photograph Amanda & Chris’s engagement session & wedding. Now, we’re here, at Reynolda Gardens photographing their growing little family. This makes me so happy!

Amanda told me she really wanted to savor the fact that Veda*(her daughter)* is going to be a big sister, the magic of childhood, the love their little family has for one another, & to celebrate the fact that this is her & her husband’s first child together.

She’s a creative like me, so I immediately understood the assignment, & what she wanted to see in her images.

The Vision of A Session

The vision each person has for their session is so unique & different, but each one provides a chance for me to tell their personal stories.

Before coming to the session, I had already crafted a storyboard of images that would flow with each other.

To tell a story of love, the magic of childhood, & truly how special & intimate this session needed to be.

A Love Note

To Amanda & Chris, I am so honored that you chose me to keep telling your story. I cannot wait for little June Olive to make her appearance into the world. I know she is going to be loved beyond measure.

mom & dad kissing at the columns of Reynolda Gardnes with their daughter looking up at them and giggling photo on the left side is a husband and wife snuggling together with both hands on the wifes pregnant belly, the photo on the right is a photo of yellow roses surrounding a wooden baby name sign that reads June Olive black and white, up close photo with motion blur of a family of three walking away from the camera. The little girl in the middle is laughing & smiling while looking at mom. beautiful blue flowers with long green stems at Reynolda Gardens
