Hi! I'm Hope!

Where to invest for wedding flowers? That is the question. Well, to know where to invest for your wedding flowers, you need to ask yourself a few questions such as:

  • What is my budget?
  • Is the florist even available for my wedding date?
  • How long will it take to design the wedding flowers I want?
  • Do I have a vision for what my flowers need to look like on the wedding day?

I hope this blog post & guide will help you make a better informed decision on where to go for your wedding flower needs. I will also provide links to different florists I’ve worked with personally, & florists that I haven’t worked with yet, but are amazing at executing visions.

Before you dive in, I’m going to really encourage you to look at the first question to ask yourself, and then proceed with this guide after that. I truly believe determining your budget for anything wedding related is going to help you make a more informed decision, and ease the stress off yourself.

Just like with wedding photographers, you want to find a florist that fits your needs & that you’ll work great with. 😊

Classic Romance

If you want flowers that represent the classic picture of what we associate romance with then I would highly suggest Ever Be Florals. Chelsea and her team do such an amazing job, and they also provide day of coordination services as well.

They do a great job of listening to their clients, and providing florals that are custom to their brides unique visions.

The bouquet below was uniquely designed by Ever Be. My bride had lost her son due to miscarriage, and she wanted a blue hydrangea to represent him & make him a part of the wedding day. You can also see them in the arbor as well. (So sweet!!!)

Boho & Whimsy

Whenever someone says I love the boho style and that’s what I want for my florals I instantly think of Taylored Blooms. Her work has that right amount of whimsy, mixed with that boho flair.

It’s literally the florals I dream about when I dream of my own wedding one day. I love her bold use of color in her florals, her love for wildflowers, and just how massive those bridal bouquets look.

They are literally the stars of the wedding day. Also, I love the way she uses pampas grass in some arbors I’ve seen recently, and for wedding aisles. Chefs kiss!

Bold, Creative, Different

Whenever I think of this, I automatically think of Dahlia’s Floral Design & Vintage Decor. Allison just has this way of executing different, bold, and creative design pieces unlike anyone else I’ve seen in my area.

She attracts that type of bride & she truly listens to what her brides are telling her they want.

Minimal & Colorful

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Sophisticated Florals for some Valentines Day mini’s and Stephanie designed some of the sweetest mini-bouquets!! (Just see below)

She just has this rare gift for making a simple design, bold, beautiful, & standout with bold colors.

She truly has a gardeners heart, and if you are in Winston-Salem you need to stop in at her shop. For the ones reading this post that came from my social media, you’ll know how much of a plant lover I am, and her shop is full of beautiful plants!!! That’s just a little side note and FYI. 😊

Traditional

If you want designs that are very traditional then Creative Designs is your go to! I have personally worked with them on different occasions, and they are always so sweet & welcoming & up for trying any idea out.

Look at the beautiful colors of this bouquet!

If anything I hope this post just gets you thinking about your florals differently, and heading the right direction. 😊
