Hi! I'm Hope!

Hello friends! I recently had an amazing opportunity to help out a fellow photographer, Ruby Peoples with her downtown Asheville, NC wedding. We met up at this beautiful hotel called Aloft where the bride & groom were getting ready.

Lindsey and Brit were such were so much fun to work with, as well as their entire wedding party. Everyone was so laid back throughout the whole day. I hope that you enjoy these images from a second shooters perspective, and make sure you visit Ruby Peoples Photography too. She is a wonderful photographer, and such a sweet person to work with.

I loved how everyone was so close to each other, and how all the ladies helped one another get ready.

While the bride was getting her dress on, there was nothing, but smiles and giggles.

There were two first looks happening on this day, dad & daughter, and bride & groom. I love these images of Lindsey and her dad. You can tell they have such a close relationship.

First looks are so special for a bride & groom. They offer a chance to just be with each other, and soak up the moment before they are husband, and wife. This series of images just makes my heart so happy.

There was a lot of toasting going on in the getting ready room, the party Trolley, and on the way to the reception.

This sweet little girl, Lilly, had on the most beautiful flower girl dress, and she loved holding that bouquet.

The ceremony was held at this beautiful Episcopal Church in the Asheville area.

This was my favorite spot that we stopped at to have images taken! This is the infamous, Good Vibes silo, located off the main strip.

The reception was held in the top area of the Park’s Tavern. It was lit by big beautiful windows, and twinkle lights all around. Plus they had a cookie bar! What could be better??

The father daughter dance was the best! They started off with a sweet song to dance to, then it quickly changed to “Sweet Child of Mine” by Guns-N-Roses. I loved it!

Love,
