Dear Young Creative,

I want to write to you today to let you know you are not alone. Every struggle you have been through thus far, you are not struggling alone. Don’t worry if your parents, friends, other family members, or others try to put down your creative dreams. If God gave you these desires, gave you these dreams then He will help you.

You do have purpose.

You are worth more than gold young one.

The road you are about to travel, or are traveling is a hard one. There might be sleepless nights, wondering how you are going to finance your dreams, and working a day job or two to make it all work. But don’t forget to rest in God’s promises, laugh with a friend, and make time for family along the way. Success can be great, but not if you are successful with no one around to celebrate with you. Don’t neglect the ones who you love you most.

Don’t listen to the “follow your heart” mantra, because your heart can be easily deceived. Instead, choose to lead your heart. God has something so much better for you than what the world can offer you. Pray over your decisions, then act with great faith.

Be creative. Be uniquely you. The dreams, and desires He has given you will come true.
